Hotel PAX Torrelodones

The staff were great. We arrived several hours earlier than we had told the hotel and they made a room available to us. We had to leave at 6am for the airport and there was a multi-lingual staff member at the front desk and a 24 hr help-yourself coffee and snacks room available at no charge. We had not expected a such high-end hotel at this price. We also loved walking the town center and found an Indian restaurant for dinner. This town and hotel will become our standard for early morning flights out of Madrid.

The rooms were very spacious and compfortable, the gardens and pool were lovely too and the staff very friendly. We were on our way to another destination and stopped for the night at the hotel to rest.

We frequently use this hotel as a stop over when driving from Santander to Granada as it is ideally located and within walking distance of a great shopping centre with restaurants, cafes, cinema,bowling alley etc. The rooms have WiFi and are comfortable and the breakfasts are very good value for money - we even take doggy bags for the rest of our journey.

Hotel has great location and safe parking. Outdoor swimming pool is clean and big enough to swim in it.Towels are offerred by the reception.. Javier, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Hotel restaurant was closed but he helped us with ordering food to the hotel .

Good location, outskirts of Madrid, nice little town with all the amenities you could want. Close to Motorway so convenient for travellers. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants etc.
